Everything behind the door, grouped by the job — add, manage, publish, read up. The login arms the tools that talk to the worker; the manual pages need no login at all.

Phone uploader The one-action phone page: pick, name the place, send.
iPhone Shortcut The Shortcut recipe for sending photographs straight from the share sheet.
Content Mgmt
Gallery cleanup Rotate, remove or move photographs; rename an album, or make it unlisted.
Journal Write and edit the letters home, and choose the photographs beside them.
Banknote pages Review and edit banknote write-ups, or delete a note and its scans.
Cards & strips Choose the home-page hero carousel, country card photographs and gallery strips.
Publish
Publish Put the reviewed staging site live, and see what previous publishes carried.
Zip records The zip of originals kept for each import, with dates and sizes.
Launch runbook The cutover runbook, step by step, with what is finished and what is still open.
Manual
Updating the site The manual: uploading photographs, editing entries, curating what shows where.
The pipeline How the machinery behaves — import modes, guardrails, credentials, failure modes.
The stack Every service in the stack, what it costs, and where the domain stands today.
App guides End-user guides for every app on the domain — this site first, the others as they join.

Working from www.traveller.org rather than the staging site matters here: on this domain the worker answers at /api on the same name, so nothing the browser can refuse as a cross-site request is involved. Staging has no such address and cannot have one.
